It is the companion app for the smart foot strike pattern detector insoles built and developed by the Gait and Motion Analysis Laboratory of the Hong Kong Polytechnics University. When connected to this app, real-time auditory and vibration feedback is provided to the runners for mid-foot strike transition, which may reduce running related overuse injuries.
